But there is a silver lining to everything. Without our friends our life would just not be complete or as sweet. And especially here it helps to have someone to share those "I can't believe that just happened" or "Did you see that"..."Did you know the bank closes at 2 pm"..."Oh by the way the store is still out of tomatoes...for the 5th week in a row"..."Today I had a cow block the road"..."Today I saw a man sweeping the gravel out of the round-about"..."The store charges an extra fee for cold drinks"..."Did you see the man with his motorcycle helmet on top of his dreads"..."They are clearing the by-pass with machetes and most are wearing flip-flops"

As precious as our friends are it is even sweeter to be reminded of God's presence. No matter where our journey takes us on St. Kitts, God still finds us, even at the top of a volcano.
