Wow! It turns out that I am terrible at blogging! Well
considering it has been since July since I last made a blog post and I know a lot
has happened since then…let’s just hit the highlights, shall we?
OK! So summer ended…and with summer ending so did another
semester of school for Andrew! We left the rock and went home for break. Break
was so nice, as it always is. We ate, in true Cope Family fashion, we shopped,
I mean I shopped….we visited family, friends, ponies, and NASCAR. We even made
a trip down to South Carolina to visit one of our dear friends, Andrew. Andrew
(my Andrew) and the other Andrew are actually classmates down here at Ross.
Well you may be wondering about the NASCAR. It’s true I went
to a NASCAR Race! Never in all my life would I have ever thought that I’d go to a NASCAR race. And to be honest, I had a blast. I mean it was prime real-estate
for people watching y’all! In fact some of the best I have ever seen!
The race was in Bristol, TN. Andrew’s Aunt and Uncle
actually live about a mile from the track (how convenient!). It was so great
getting to visit with them and enjoy my first stock car race. OHH and you can
even bring in your own cooler to the race! The cooler has to be 14 inches or
smaller…you can fit a lot of beverages in that!
